Emprofy Partner Program Terms and Conditions Last Updated: February 27, 2026 Welcome to the Emprofy Partner Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the referral program for Emprofy, which is operated and managed by PureVi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Partner Program, you (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the terms set forth below.
1. Program Overview
The Emprofy Partner Program allows approved partners (including, but not limited to, immigration consultants, headhunters, and industry professionals) to earn competitive commissions on every successful paid subscription generated through their unique partner link.
Definitions
- Qualified Referral: A new, first-time user or corporate entity that clicks your unique partner link, successfully registers for an Emprofy account, and completes a purchase for a Paid Subscription.
- Paid Subscription: A premium plan or service purchased by a Qualified Referral (e.g., a premium Global Career Passport upgrade for individuals, or a corporate B2B subscription). Free trials, canceled accounts, and non-subscription add-ons are excluded.
- Net Revenue: The amount actually received by Emprofy from the Paid Subscription, excluding any discounts, taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are strictly based on paid subscriptions. You will receive either a generous one-time payout for individual premium signups or a recurring percentage for corporate accounts. Simple, transparent, and directly tied to your performance:
B2C (Consumer Referrals)
30% One-Time CommissionEarned when an individual candidate you refer upgrades to a paid Emprofy subscription (such as the Global Career Passport).
B2B (Corporate & Employer Referrals
Up to 20% Recurring Commission (Year 1):
Earned on the Net Revenue of a corporate or agency subscription for the first 12 months of their active paid subscription
Up to 15% Recurring Commission (Year 2):
Earned on the Net Revenue of that same corporate subscription for months 13 through 24.
Note: The specific recurring percentage awarded for B2B referrals will be determined upon review of your partner application and codified in your welcome agreement. Commissions on B2B accounts cease after 24 months of continuous subscription unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Payout Terms
- Schedule: Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid out within 30 days of the month’s close.
- Minimum Threshold: Partners must accumulate a minimum of $100 in unpaid commissions before a payout is issued. Balances under $100 will roll over to the next month.
- Refunds and Chargebacks (Clawbacks): If a Qualified Referral receives a refund or initiates a chargeback for a Paid Subscription, any commission paid to the Partner for that transaction will be deducted from the Partner’s future payouts.
- Self-Referrals: Partners may not refer themselves, their own agencies, or affiliated companies to earn a commission.
Partner Tracking
To ensure accurate tracking, all referrals must sign up using the Partner’s unique referral link. Emprofy is not responsible for tracking or paying commissions for referrals who do not use the designated link, or who have disabled cookies/tracking mechanisms during signup.
Marketing and Restrictions
Partners are encouraged to share Emprofy with their networks, candidates, and corporate clients. However, Partners must adhere to the following rules:
- You may not use spam, unsolicited email (CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance required), or deceptive marketing practices.
- You may not bid on Emprofy trademarked terms (e.g., “Emprofy,” “Global Career Passport”) in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising without prior written consent.
- You may not misrepresent Emprofy’s pricing, features, or your relationship with us. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or official agent of Emprofy.
Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
- Upon Termination by Emprofy for Policy Violation: If you are terminated for violating these terms (e.g., spamming or fraud), all unpaid and future recurring commissions are immediately forfeited.
- Upon Termination Without Cause: If the agreement is ended mutually or without cause, Emprofy will pay out any accrued one-time commissions and honor the remaining duration of any active B2B recurring commissions, provided the referred clients remain active and in good standing.
Limitation of Liability
Emprofy shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Partner Program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
